Title IX

Title IX of the Federal Education Amendments Act protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance.
 
The Crane Elementary School District No. 13 ("the District") does not discriminate on the basis of sex and is required by Title IX not to discriminate in such a manner.

This notice is provided as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age of Discrimination Act of 1975, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Questions, complaints or requests for additional information regarding these laws may be forwarded to the designated compliance coordinator(s) and may be submitted via email, over the phone, or U.S. Mail. Once received, they will be assigned to the appropriate Title IX Coordinator. Governing Board policies that address these specific Acts are located on our district website www.craneschools.org
