Curriculum Overview

Valley Horizon Elementary School focuses on the Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards to support learning and achievement. We are one of nine elementary schools in the Crane School Distrct that have worked collaboratively with teacher leaders to develop a digital platform that articulates standards, resources and assessments. With the support of Assessment Technology Incorporated (ATI) curriculum timelines, standards descriptions, resources and formative assessments are readily available to all teachers at all grade levels for each content area. These tools allow teachers the autonomy to develop rich lessons that support learners at all levels. The below resources are curricular supports that allow teachers and students an opportunity to focus on personalized learning goals through integrated technology.
