Are you interested in becoming a highly qualified Arizona teacher? Phoenix Teaching Fellows is an organization assisting prospective teaching in becoming highly qualified. The program is set up for college graduates who did not major in education but have decided they would like to change or alter their career path to become an educator. The program guides the applicant through the process to become an effective teacher. The program offers stipends for those admitted into the program. Specialized areas are elementary, special education, math, science and language arts.
