Title IX

Title IX of the Federal Education Amendments Act protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance.

The Crane Elementary School District No. 13 ("the District") does not discriminate on the basis of sex and is required by Title IX not to discriminate in such a manner.

Questions, complaints or requests for additional information regarding these laws may be forwarded to the designated compliance coordinator(s) and may be submitted via email, over the phone, or U.S. Mail.
