Offutt, Mary

Mrs. Offutt's Class Fall Semester

We have conpleted our Personal Narritive Unit and we are now working on Explanatory, Opinion and Persuasive writing this quarter.  We will soon be taking the District Assessment on Compare and Contrast Writing.

The students are starting to work on their science projects, which are due December 1st. This week they were instructed to finalize their question and hypothesis.

My website is a great source for information about what we will be working on in 6th Grade, and school-wide events. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Open communication with parents and students is important as we work together this school year.
Thank you so much,
Mary K. Offutt
