Sarah Claridge, President 

Mrs. Sarah Claridge has lived in the Crane School District since 2008. She has a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from ASU and a Master of Arts in Education from NAU-Yuma. She enjoys community service, serving on the Governing Board since 2014, is active in the Ocotillo District of BSA, and is a band booster mom. Her husband, Jeremy, is an attorney in Yuma. They have seven children.

Brenna Paulin, Clerk 

Mrs. Brenna Paulin, has been a member of the Crane Governing Board since 1996. She and her husband, Jerry, are owners of The Filter Factory. Their two grown sons attended Crane Schools and live in the Yuma area.

Jim Colby, Member 

Mr. Jim Colby taught in Yuma for thirty-eight years, and has served on the Crane Governing Board since 2008.  His wife, JoAnn Safranek, taught in Crane for twenty years. They have four children and eight grandchildren. Jim is presently serving as Regional Commissioner for sport's officials, and is on the Boy's and Girl's Club Board. Jim and JoAnn travel and are involved with Habitat Caravanner home builders around the country.

Mrs. Terre Catanzaro is a native Arizonan, raised in Buckeye, Arizona.  She moved to Yuma in 1992 and raised her family here.  Three of Terre’s four daughters have taught in Crane Schools, and one continues to serve as a Professional Development Coach.

Terre is the Chief Administrative Officer for the JV Smith Companies headquartered in Yuma.  Terre began her employment with the JV Smith Companies in 2005 after working for the Gowan Company for nine years.  In 2010, she was appointed to the Arizona Agricultural Employment Relations Board by Governor Jan Brewer and continues to serve on that board today.   In 2011 Terre completed the Cornell University Industry Management Program.

In her spare time, Terre spends time with her husband, Joey and her children and grandchildren.  She also serves on the boards of the Yuma Community Food Bank, Amberly’s Place, and the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club.  Terre previously served on Crane's Governing Board in 2005 before moving out of the district.  She is excited to be back in the area serving in this capacity again.

Dan C. Farar, Member
Mr. Dan C. Farar has worked 32 years in education as a classroom teacher and as an administrator. He is retired from the Yuma Union High School District. Dan and his wife Cheryl are the parents of eight children and have 32 grandchildren. Most of their children are products of the Crane School system. Dan, serving on the Governing Board since 2014, was born in Yuma, but raised in eastern Yuma County, graduating from Antelope Union High School. He has professional degrees from the University of Arizona and Brigham Young University.
